1/2 Year is Already Here!!!

I can't believe my baby girl is already SIX MONTHS OLD!!!!  It has gone by WAY too fast.  She is now 14 lbs. 4 oz. and 25 in. long, in the 25th percentile for her age group.  So, she is a little on the slim side, but doc says that is to be expected during this time because of all the growth spurts.  She is healthy and happy, which is the most important thing :) 

Karly has hit many milestones!  She is talking (ba ba, ma ma, da da, pa pa), laughing, rolling, smiling, sitting, eating solids, and drinking out of a cup!!!  She loves playing with her toys and "reading" her books.  She even sings in church, which is a little embarrassing, lol.  She also LOVES to dress up!  She knows the difference between her normal clothes and her "fancy" dresses.  She sits at the mirror staring and smiling at herself, lol.  It is so cute!!!

For Karly's Six Month "Birthday" we went to Maxine's downtown Bastrop for breakfast and ate with Pop, Great Granny Eddie, Great Aunt Mary, and Aunt T!!!  Then we spent all day at Pop's house.  Karly got to meet "Uncle" Norman and Teresa (close friends of the family).  Then Aunt Jenny took Karly's Six Month Pics. We had a blast.  These were the first set of pics that Karly could actually sit up on her own!  She did such a wonderful job.  We ended the day by eating a lovely spaghetti dinner made by Nonnie.  Overall, Karly had a fabulous day!!!
