I heard so many women say "There is no one you will ever love more than your own child(ren)!" And I never knew how right they were until I met my precious baby girl, Karly Marie Hellums! I know that I love my husband, my parents, my sisters, and all of my family so very much, but it is a different kind of love I have for Karly. She is the reason why I have been put here on earth and I am so very thankful :)
On October 02, 2010 at 9:58 a.m. our lives changed in a way we could never imagine. We had the perfect little baby girl with all ten fingers, all ten toes, and looked just like her Daddy!!!. Our prayers had been answered, she was healthy, happy, and came safely into this world! It felt like FOREVER when the nurses took Karly away to clean her up and have the pediatrician check her out. We were told by one of our doctors to let them keep Karly in the nursery for the night so we could get some rest....needless to say that didn't happen, lol.
I can now say that there is no one you will ever love more than your own child(ren)!!!!
